Vice PresidentWith over three decades of leadership experience in the food distribution and logistics industry, Paul Morrissey brings deep operational insight and executive expertise to his current role as a recruiter with Resource, Inc., where he has spent the past 12 years connecting companies with top-tier talent.
Prior to joining Resource, Paul served as President and CEO of Cirelli Foods, where he led strategic growth initiatives and oversaw company operations. His earlier roles include Vice President of Operations at US Foods, P&O Cold Logistics, and again at Cirelli Foods, where he played a key role in streamlining logistics, improving supply chain efficiency, and building high-performance teams. He also held the role of Director of Operations at Traditional Breads, Inc., further cementing his reputation as a seasoned operator in the food industry.
Paul’s hands-on experience in both executive leadership and operational management makes him uniquely positioned to understand the needs of both employers and candidates—particularly in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
